Springville is home to many outstanding people, and every year the best of the best are chosen to be honored during Art City Days! The Art City Days Committee chooses the annual Grand Marshal and Resident Artist. The Business of the Year and the Citizen of the year are named by the Springville-Mapleton Area Chamber of Commerce.
