PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
The Overland Group seeking a recommendation to amend the Land Use Map of the General Plan from Commercial to Industrial on parcels 22:053:0006; 22:053:0010; and 22:053:0008 located in the area of 1700 N 1750 W.
The Overland Group seeking a recommendation to amend the Official Zone Map from the Regional Commercial Zone to the HC-Highway Commercial and L-IM-Light Industrial Manufacturing Zones on the 49.51-acres located in the area of 1700 N 1750 W.
Auggie Wasmund requests amendments to Springville code section 11-4-7 Main Street South Gateway Zone.
