PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 12 , 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
1) Tuffli Company, Inc., seeking to amend the Official Zone Map from the RC-Regional Commercial Zone to the HC-Highway Commercial Zone on 31-acres of property located in the area 1700 North 1750 West (Continued from May 24, 2022).
2) Steven Turley seeking to amend the General Plan Land Use Map from Commercial to Mixed-Use on property located in the area of 1445 North Main Street, parcels 23:015:0042 and 23:015:0043.
3) Steven Turley seeking to amend the Official Zone Map from the HC-Highway Commercial Zone to the Main Street South Gateway Zone on property located in the area of 1445 North Main Street, parcels 23:015:0042 and 23:015:0043.
4) Greg Stott seeking an amendment to Springville City Code, sections 11-4-301, Land Use Matrix and 11-6-105, Outdoor Storage and Display.
