Springville City has seven residential areas identified as communities. A Community Plan is a document adopted by the City Council as a guide for the physical development of each community. It identifies the concerns and interests of the community, ranging from safety concerns such as sidewalks and code enforcement to how land is used and how those uses affect you.

It helps identify problems and changes needed to make the community a better place to live. It creates a list of items that you and the City can work on to make your community a better place.
