All counsel/parties/witnesses will need to have a fully functioning webcam and microphone. It can be a laptop, tablet or cell phone. Parties/witnesses may attend the video conference with counsel using the same device. Please make sure you have a stable wifi connection at the time of your hearing.
If evidence will be taken, please submit 2 paper copies of the exhibits at least 7 days prior to the hearing. The courthouse has public computers available if needed. If you have any questions, please contact the judicial assistants at (801) 489-2707.
The Springville Justice Court is concerned about your health and safety. If you are not feeling well, do not come to Court. Please contact your attorney or the Court to have your matter continued.

If your matter does not require a mandatory appearance, you may enter a plea by email. Your plea must have a case number and the charge to which you are responding. If you do not have a case number, please include your full name, birthdate and the date of the citation or charge. If you are entering a plea of not guilty, a pretrial will be scheduled.

The Court will also take phone payments between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. As always, you may send a check or money order to the Court at 110 South Main, Springville, Utah 84663. If you are having difficulty making payments, please email the court.
All hearings are currently being held remotely. We are using the Webex platform. If you have provided the Court with an email address, you will be sent a link which allows you to log into the hearing. Individuals who wish to observe the proceedings may log in. You may obtain a link from the court calendar or contact the Clerk’s office for an invitation.
Fingerprints are completed at the Utah County Jail. There is a $15 fee for the fingerprints which must be paid with cash. A fingerprint order should be taken with them to the jail-and they may contact the court for the order.
