Parking Permits

Parking permits are required at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park from May 1st to Labor Day. Permits are not required from the day after Labor Day to April 30th.

Beginning April 1st, free annual permits for Springville residents are available at the Civic Center with photo ID and proof of residency. One permit per household can be issued.

Parking passes will be required in the lower parking lot. Free parking will be available in a limited area on the south side of Canyon Road and the upper parking lot adjacent to Canyon Road. No parking along Canyon Road.

Springville residents who live in the vicinity of the park will be given parking passes to park on their residential streets. Park patrons must not park in the residential areas near the park.

Non-Residents

Permits for non-Springville residents will be available at the park for $15 per vehicle per day. The fee is paid via phone or internet. Signs are posted with the phone number and website.

Parking pass eligibility

Springville City resident/homeowner: One who lives within Springville City city limit boundaries and pays property taxes to Springville City or, one who lives within Springville City boundaries and occupies a rental property from a landlord. One pass per household is allowed. Those who live in Hobble Creek Canyon are residents of Utah County, and do not qualify to receive a free parking pass.

Pavilion Reservations

The pavilions at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park can be reserved for 3 hour time blocks. Reservations can be placed online at least 3 days in advance. Pavilions that aren’t reserved can be used by anyone.

Pets

All pets must be leashed and controlled at all times in City Parks. Maximum leash length is 6 feet. You must also clean up after your pet and dispose of their waste. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the beach or in the water at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park. Service animals may be on the beach but not in the water because of health regulations.

Play Equipment Check-out

Volleyball and ring toss equipment is available to check out at the concessions building. Equipment will be checked out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no charge and supplies are limited.
