Join Springville Parks & Recreation’s brand new Outdoor Adventure Camp this summer. This camp has been developed to provide unique recreation opportunities for youth in our own backyard in Springville. Participants will be introduced to a new outdoor adventure each week. Activities will include paddle boarding, hiking, yoga, golfing, pickleball, mountain biking, and kayaking. Each week we will have a skilled guest adventurer providing instruction and insight to our activity. A list of drop off and pick up locations will be sent out to parents once activities days have been finalized.
Sessions are held from late June to early August.
Participant must know how to swim. Life vests are required for water days. Feel free to bring your own, or use one provided by the city.
Participant must how to ride a two wheel bike, on bumpy dirt terrain between 2-4 miles.
Parents are required to drop off/pick up in various locations throughout the city.
$90
If participants can’t provide their own bike & helmet, an additional $10 fee will be charged to cover a rental cost.
Register
Registration is online 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through the Rec1 system. Users must create a family account and log in to register. If you have difficulties with Rec1 online registration, please call the Rec office during regular business hours at (801) 489-2730. If you forget your password, please call and it can be reset. Please do not create multiple accounts to register your participant. Most registration problems can be solved quickly over the telephone. Recreation staff can help by phone, so coming to the office isn’t necessary unless you are paying with cash or a check.
