Thank you for applying for an alarm permit using our online application. After you complete and submit the form you will be directed to a page where you can select your payment method. You will need to list contact persons along with their phone numbers so that in case your alarm is activated we will be able to contact them. You will also need to provide a valid email address.
Some alarm companies require an “alarm number” from their clients. We can provide that to you once we have confirmation that any associated fees have been paid. If you need an alarm number, let us know in the ‘message’ section below. We’ll get back with you via email.
If you are registering an alarm for the first time, or if your registration has lapsed, there is a fifteen dollar fee associated with this registration. (Registrations lapse when they are not updated at least once per year.) We have three convenient ways to pay the registration fee.
To pay in person, please come to the Civic Center to make payment. We are able to take payment by cash, check or credit/debit card. You will need to bring your identification, along with the location of the alarm, and the name and address of your business if applicable. One great way to make certain you have all of the information needed is to print a copy of the registration form and bring it with you.
Our business hours for making payments are 8 to 5, Monday through Friday.
To pay by mail, please include your name, the business name (if applicable), the location and type of alarm (business or residential) along with your check. The best way to make sure all information is included is to print the registration form, fill it out and include it with your payment. (Checks should be made out to Springville City Corp.)
To pay online, you will need to have (or set up) an account with Xpress Bill Pay to use this service.
